StokPintar adalah aplikasi pengelola stok dapur keluarga. Kebijakan ini menjelaskan data apa yang diproses aplikasi, di mana disimpan, dan pilihan yang Anda miliki. Prinsip kami sederhana: data Anda milik Anda — aplikasi tidak meminta akun, email, nomor telepon, maupun lokasi.

2. Data yang TIDAK Kami Kumpulkan

Nama asli, email, nomor telepon, atau kontak

Rekaman suara — input suara ditangani layanan pengenalan suara sistem Android (mis. Google), sesuai kebijakan privasi penyedia layanan tersebut

3. Mode Lokal vs Mode Rumah Tangga

Tanpa fitur Rumah Tangga, seluruh data hanya berada di perangkat Anda dan tidak dikirim ke server mana pun (kecuali data iklan AdMob). Saat Anda membuat atau bergabung ke rumah tangga, data inventaris, belanja, resep, dan chat disinkronkan melalui Google Firebase (Firestore) dan hanya dapat diakses anggota yang memiliki kode + kata sandi rumah tangga Anda.

4. Layanan Pihak Ketiga

Aplikasi memakai layanan berikut, masing-masing dengan kebijakan privasinya sendiri:

Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging) — sinkronisasi & notifikasi
Google AdMob — iklan
Google ML Kit — pengenalan teks on-device (tanpa jaringan)

5. Cadangan Data

Fitur "Cadangkan Data" mengekspor data Anda ke sebuah file di lokasi yang Anda pilih. File tersebut sepenuhnya di bawah kendali Anda; kami tidak menerima salinannya.

6. Penghapusan Data

Data lokal: hapus data aplikasi di pengaturan Android, atau copot aplikasi.
Data rumah tangga (server): keluar dari rumah tangga di dalam aplikasi, lalu ajukan permintaan penghapusan melalui kontak di bawah — kami hapus data rumah tangga tersebut dari server maksimal 30 hari sejak permintaan.

7. Keamanan

Komunikasi dengan server terenkripsi (HTTPS/TLS). Kata sandi rumah tangga tidak pernah disimpan sebagai teks asli. Akses data rumah tangga dibatasi aturan keamanan Firestore.

8. Anak-Anak

StokPintar ditujukan untuk pengguna umum dan tidak diarahkan kepada anak di bawah 13 tahun. Kami tidak dengan sengaja mengumpulkan data pribadi anak.

9. Perubahan Kebijakan

Perubahan akan diumumkan di halaman ini beserta tanggal berlakunya yang baru.

StokPintar is a family kitchen inventory app. This policy explains what data the app processes, where it is stored, and the choices you have. Our principle is simple: your data belongs to you — the app does not ask for an account, email, phone number, or location.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

Real name, email, phone number, or contacts

Photos or recordings — receipt photos are processed on-device and immediately discarded
Voice recordings — voice input is handled by the Android system speech recognition service (e.g. Google), subject to that provider's privacy policy

3. Local Mode vs Household Mode

Without the Household feature, all data stays on your device only and is not sent to any server (except AdMob advertising data). When you create or join a household, inventory, shopping, recipe, and chat data are synced through Google Firebase (Firestore) and can only be accessed by members who have your household's code + password.

4. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following services, each with its own privacy policy:

Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging) — sync & notifications
Google AdMob — advertising
Google ML Kit — on-device text recognition (no network)

5. Data Backup

The "Backup Data" feature exports your data to a file at a location you choose. That file is entirely under your control; we do not receive a copy.

6. Data Deletion

Local data: clear the app's data in Android settings, or uninstall the app.
Household data (server): leave the household inside the app, then submit a deletion request via the contact below — we delete that household's data from the server within a maximum of 30 days of the request.

7. Security

Communication with the server is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Household passwords are never stored as plain text. Household data access is restricted by Firestore security rules.

8. Children

StokPintar is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

Changes will be announced on this page along with the new effective date.
